Who doesn't love layers and layers of tulle? I personally would love to wear a ballgown skirt every day, pair it with a tee and sneakers and you've got a nice "casual" look! Ok, so maybe not, but also...why not? But you will fall in love with this ballgown skirt. It has layer up layer of tulle and each layer is trimmed with horsehair braid giving it even MORE volume! It's high waisted with a wide waistband that is then covered with a beautiful embroidered fabric that is hand stitched in place. It doesn't get much better than that.
